IANSA woman reports from the International Ecumenical Peace Convocation (IEPC)

IANSA woman, Florella Hazeley, the National Coordinator of the Sierra Leone Action Network on Small Arms (SLANSA) has shared this information with us from the International Ecumenical Peace Convocation (IEPC) organised by the World Council of Churches in Kingston, Jamaica.

At the conference, Florella was involved in activities for the 'Hands Together' campaign to raises awareness about the Arms Trade Treaty (ATT) process amongst churches, and encourages them to get involved in promoting the ATT.

Participants at the IEPC also released a message expressing their commitment to navigate a path forward as they return to their homes and churches across the world. The message also states, "We advocate total nuclear disarmament and control of the proliferation of small arms."
